FULL-TIME YOUTH DIRECTOR
    Exceptional skills in faith development of youth; ability to recruit, train, and manage large volunteer staff, ability to address conflict constructively, and a passionate faith are the gifts and graces we seek.
    You must have experience with a youth group of 50-80 middle and senior high students with demonstrated ability to grow the number of participants within the church and from community outreach. This ministry makes you part of a dynamic staff, working together around mission and ministry. United Methodist strongly preferred.

ORGANIST, ACCOMPANIST WANTED

St. Andrew United Methodist Church is looking for an experienced organist/accompanist to be part of the church’s Music Ministry. This individual must be a talented musician with formal training in organ and piano. The organist/accompanist must be comfortable with many different styles of worship and must be able to select and play traditional sacred music, praise and gospel music, and other non-traditional, contemporary music expressions. The ability to play energizing, dynamic, and inspiring worship music is a must, as well as having the ability to work as a team player supporting and encouraging other staff.

DIRECTOR OF YOUTH MINISTRY
St. Andrew United Methodist Church, St. Louis County, Florissant, MO is seeking a Director of Youth Ministry to lead and direct our youth programs. A successful candidate would offer strong organizational skills, high energy, and ability to effectively communicate with youth 6 -12 grades and parents, passion for building a currently established program.
Must have a passion for Christ demonstrated through a love of children and youth with a commitment to their spiritual development. Responsibilities would be primarily with teens 12 and up, but must effectively supervise current adult leaders, lead parents and recruit other adults to serve with and as youth leaders.
Qualifications:
• Honors Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior by the power of the Holy Spirit.
• Exhibits honesty, integrity, and the fruit of the Spirit in all relationships.
• Has an unconditional love for youth, and the ability to challenge youth in their commitment and full devotion to Jesus Christ.
• Is self-motivated and self-controlled, committed to personal growth.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong ability to communicate his/her ideas in a large group setting.
• Keen sense of discretion.

Responsibilities include:
• Development, implementation, evaluation and revision of the of the youth ministry creating a total ministry holistic plan for youth ministry.
• Recruit, train, encourage and supervise adult leaders and others who work with youth, and provide guidance for adults serving the youth program.
• Provide vision, leadership, organization and visibility for the Youth Ministry of St. Andrew UMC internally and in the community.
• Share with the pastor(s) spiritual responsibilities as related to youth and their families, including, but not limited to calling and hospital visits, making appropriate referrals to the Senior Pastor as necessary.
• Provides for the physical, emotional and spiritual growth of the youth ministries through a balance of one-on-one, small group and large group discipleship and outreach which will include mission, music, and new programming as developed.
• The Youth Director is directly responsible to the Senior Pastor and Staff Parish Relations Committee

DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
St. Andrew United Methodist Church, St. Louis County, Florissant, MO is seeking an experienced Director of Children's Ministry to lead our church in growing our ministry to children. We are currently seeking an experienced person to work with us to fulfill this mission in the area of Children’s Ministries. This person will have a passion for sharing Christ with children, for supporting parents and families, and for encouraging and equipping volunteers. Currently our church offers Sunday school, mid-week program, VBS and other summer programs, quarterly events. We are seeking an organized, creative, energetic, flexible, mission-minded person to join our staff. We seek a person who is:
